Tea "Spiced Pumpkin"

Ingredients:
• Dried pumpkin
• Rowan berries
• Rosehip berries
• Apple pieces
• Peach pieces
• Apricot pieces
• Linden flowers
• Calendula flowers
• Lingonberry leaves
• Lemongrass
• Ground turmeric

Usage instructions:
• Pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 tablespoon of the mixture
• Steep for 10-20 minutes
• Alternatively, brew in a thermos for 2 hours
• Add honey or sugar to taste

Contraindications:
• Individual intolerance
• Pregnancy
• Breastfeeding period

Storage conditions:
• Store at temperatures between 5°C and 25°C
• Relative humidity not exceeding 70%
• Keep in a dry, ventilated place
