Vitamin Tea

Composition: sunflower petals, chamomile
medicinal plant, raspberry leaf, blackberry leaf,
nettles, rose hips, mint,
red rowan, echinacea

Method of use 1 tbsp. pour 200 ml of a spoonful of herbal mixture. boiling water, insist 10-15 minutes. Add honey or sugar to taste.
