Axe 40 cm

Wooden ax, length 40cm. Axe called valaška is a native of the Carpathian Mountains and was originally a not so cold steel as a working tool mountain shepherds. It was used for harvesting firewood or chopping branches, and the opposite side of the tip used as a hammer. It was a peculiar attribute of the traveler, or shepherd.
